"If you can't go all the way to the end, why start it at the first place?"

This is what I have in mind in the past few years. I admit from a retro respect, I've given up/lost so many chances, and I personally have been wondering how things could have been if I break my own rules earlier.

And you showed up. And I am this close to break my rules for you.

But then, it would make my perserverance of holding these "rules" of mine in the past, a joke. Well not really a joke, but I'd ask myself "why now?"

Oh wait. Maybe I jus t think too much--you don't even think the way I think! Then I am embarassing myself, again, lol.
