李晶玉：「你覺得家庭教育對你最大、最好的影響是什麼？」 

Jeremy: "The biggest thing they've done for me is to teach me to love God first, even above school work, even above athletic, and above family--it has always been God. 

They always tell me all these things are great, but if you don't have a good relationship with God, it doesn't really mean that much."

李晶玉：「你有沒有去懷疑過什麼叫rely on God, 什麼叫 God's will?」 

Jeremy: "That's a great question. For me, this past year, learn to rely on God’s will and His grace was to be content in whatever situation He was putting me in. If things aren't going well, I will have to understand that God has a perfect plan, and He has more wisdom then me. I need to give my desires up to Him. Surely it’s ok for me to want something, but when I want something, I need to make sure it’s for the right reason, for the right motivation. Like, Do I want to make it to the NBA because 

1) I want all the money? 

Or do I want to make it to the NBA because 

2) I want all the glory, all the fame? 

Or, do I want to make it to the NBA because 

3) I can use basketball, I can use national television, I can use media in a way to talk about my faith, talk about how much God has done in my life, not what I’ve done to make myself to make it into NBA.”

吳信信：「我記得有一場球是真的覺得不可能贏，已經差很多分，但是最後贏回來。隊上有一個小朋友就問我說，『Jeremy 是神嗎？』我說『Jeremy不是神，但是神與他同在。』我覺得這是他的親身經歷裡面，告訴我們神在很多事情上掌權。」 

Jeremy: “Every time I step on the court, there’re 20,000 fans screaming. I try to block everybody out, pretending God is sitting court side right there. I try to block everything else out & just play. For Him.” 

李晶玉：「真的叫『有如神助』！」 

Jeremy: “There is a peace inside of me. When I know God is with me there is just a peace inside of me, even when things are going wrong. I sit there, I can still wake up and smile and be okay with everything, Just to be happy. 

Bible talks a lot about blessings. But God never really promises everyone to get their dream job, or everyone to be wealthy. The only thing He promises is, when He talks about blessings and being faithful, He talks about that peace and joy He gives you. So when I have that peace, I know that comes from God. It’s not coming from me.”

李晶玉：「如果不打球了，你要做什麼？」 

Jeremy: “I hope I can go to a Seminary and to be a pastor.”

李晶玉：「當你談到你的Christian faith的時候，很多人可能會質疑你、或是不認同你；你怎麼面對？」 

Jeremy: “That happens all the time. For me, right now, what I am supposed to do, is to reflect God’s image and glorify Him. My job is to tell other people what’s in my heart, what I feel, just like evangelizing. I am gonna try my best to share my heart with everybody else, and I have to trust God to do the rest. I can’t change hearts, I can’t soften hearts myself, that’s something I’ll never be able to do. I am just trying to focus on what my calling is, what my mission is. Everything else I just try to leave it up to God.

李晶玉：「林媽媽你對書豪的未來有什麼樣的期許嗎？」 

吳信信：「我的期許就是，他一直走在神的路上；這樣我就放心了。我覺得做什麼事情不重要，重要的是你在神裡面；那是最重要的。」

Jeremy: “I am not try to force everyone to become a Christian, I just want everyone to at least explore the idea, maybe take an extra step of faith and think about it, maybe go to church one time, or open your Bible and read it a couple times. Something like that. For me, it plays such a big part in my life. ” 

李晶玉：「有些人會喜歡一件事情，然後把它當成一個夢想來追逐，但怎麼會追著追著，到後來變成不喜歡、也不快樂了呢？當你把這個事情放在最高的時候，它的成敗就會讓你開始恐懼，會開始讓你有壓力，甚至讓你開始感覺到不快樂。最後好像一切意義都不存在了。還好林書豪最後找到了一個對的出口：他把上帝放在了最高的位置上。所以上帝也就把他放在最高的位置上。」 

孫越：「不管在任何的一個競技場，或者在職場上，成功或著失敗，往往都會讓人迷失。但是我們卻看見了林書豪因為將自己謙卑下來，真正的認識這位耶和華上帝，這位造物者，所以他用這種心來服事上帝，來榮耀上帝，為上帝打球。這些事情，就完全不一樣了。不管再勝利，他知道，那都是屬於上帝的。」
